Mortgages have many moving parts which need to work in harmony for a successful journey. We liaise with all parties on your behalf to ensure a smooth process, think of us as the glue that holds everything together.
Approaching each lender without our help means you’ll have to fit in multiple interviews around your work and family life. With us, you’ll only need to complete one interview and then your advisor will contact the lenders on your behalf.
Call us, email, or pop into one of our offices and we’ll get you booked in for your FREE consultation. During your consultation you’ll discuss your circumstances and needs with a friendly advisor, who'll then find the right mortgage for you. Your advisor will explain costs, requirements, answer any questions, and give you valuable advice so you can make an informed decision.
If you decide to proceed, we usually charge a £100 fee to cover the application process. Our advisors are very good at what they do, so we’ll be confident at this stage that your application will be accepted. If for any reason it’s not, we’ll refund all fees. Once accepted, we liaise with your lender, estate agent, and solicitor to ensure the process goes smoothly, so you can relax whilst we get everything sorted for you!
Once you have received your mortgage offer, we’ll typically ask for the final payment of your broker fee. Our advisors and paraplanners will continue to liaise with your lenders, solicitors and estate agents to ensure a smooth journey. Our friendly team will also be ready to help you in the future whenever you need us again... we’re just a phone call away!
Our standard fee is £595. A slightly higher fee may be required if you have a bad credit score or if your case is particularly complicated. On the flip side, in some cases the fee can be lower. Your advisor will be upfront with you so you can make an informed decision.
Our advisors are very experienced and fully understand the criteria of each lender. We’ll always recommend a deal that you’re likely to be accepted for to protect your credit score and make your journey a smooth one.
