"I can’t say anything but amazing things about the MU team in Frimley. Mark, Denise, Liam & Mitchell took care of my every need and I’m not just talking about arranging the mortgage. As a first time buyer I had no idea that I needed to consider things like content insurance & health insurance and on top of this I was struggling to find a solicitor that I felt I could trust at a reasonable price. The MU team helped me arrange it all and I appreciate so much the time and effort that saved me not having to do it myself. Their personable approach comes across in their office, over the phone and in every email correspondence and I could not recommend their services enough!!!"

"Joe was great, both Emma and myself would like to thank him for his help, guidance and great communication. As first time buyers it was a pretty daunting prospect, we really appreciated Joe helping and explaining things in language that we could understand."

Michael Usher Mortgage Services was recommended to us by a colleague, as first time buyers we were keen to use a mortgage advisor, but especially one we could trust. They were great from start to finish, no question was too much to answer and they were great at explaining the whole process. We had the pleasure of dealing with Mitch, he was absolutely fantastic. I can't thank Denise enough also for recommending an amazing solicitor, and keeping us updated constantly without the need to chase. Amazing experience from start to finish, would recommend them to anyone! Thank you.
Lorna Twyford What is A Trust?
A Trust is an arrangement that allows a third party, or trustee, to hold assets on behalf of the beneficiary of those assets.
Why get a Trust?
It’s a good idea to set up all Life Policies in a Trust. The payout won’t form part of the deceased’s estate, and so won’t be calculated as part of any Inheritance Tax liability. Also, the policy pays out without you having to wait until probate is granted.
- A Trust holds assets on behalf of the beneficiary.
- They prevent these assets from being liable for inheritance tax.
- They allow for payouts without having to wait until probate is granted.
Who Needs Trusts?
Anyone setting up a Life Cover or Relevant Life Cover policy.
